The product has failed to meet the safety standards expected regarding the degree of protection provided against intrusion by water.  Whilst no complaints have been received regarding this particular issue, in certain circumstances there is a risk of electrocution, fire or burns.

A product recall has been undertaken. Please stop using your N292 greenhouse heater.

Please return the unit to your supplier, hopefully along with your proof of purchase, for a refund.

If you wish to return the item back to Bosmere, you can. Please send the unit with a cover letter showing where you purchased the unit from, how much for (hopefully with proof of purchase) along with the cost of postage and a receipt. Please also clearly state your name, phone number, address and email, so that a refund can be arranged to:
