wooooooo got my first double yolker !!  :D

egg was huge almost feel sorry for the girl who laid it hahaha, is this the only way you can tell a double yolked egg from the size of the egg ?

sorry got no picture of it coz i ate it for ma brekkie !

May I suggest you hard boil it and slice it down the middle (Blunt to pointy end) and place in a salad.   They are very attractive and a conversation starter. Unless you are on your own. :roll:

Have you tried getting the shell of fresh hard boiled eggs!! impossible  You end up leaving half the whites behind!!

It is a fact you can not peal a freshly laid egg when it has been hard boiled.  There is a scientific reason that i forget for why it happens,  but for now it "just is all right" as my mother used to scream at me and my three brothers.

No im not on my own lol and yes i have tried before to shell a fresh egg its a nightmare !

i hope it doesnt hurt her lady chicken bits passin an egg that big haha

i have had a few strange eggs in last few months, got one that has like a ridge around the middle and doris's eggs have like a pebbledash sort of stuff on them, bit hard to describe and not clear enuff to take a picture off, its like grit or something has been stuck to it in little patches
