Hi All
Have some spare rhubarb so was gonna have a crack at the recipe. Just wondered, last time i made something with rhubarb it was a little stringy. Will this happen with the chutney and if so, how can i overcome this.

I made mine last night lovely!! Rhubarb is generally stringy but I found because it was later in the season it seemed to mush down alot more!! Did that make sence???

Cut it into short lengths then you won't notice the strings :lol:
