When will i know when my Garlic is ready to harvest?

Foliage turns yellow.

Lift them & dry them.

When you bring garlic into the house either hang it or we put it in a rough terracota pot. The terracota absorbs any moisture around and the garlic keeps for ever.

I use a terra cotta pot as well, but not until after the garlic has properly cured (stem and roots have dried and head skin is papery).
