Is this just me or does anyone else think this is just bureaucracy gone bonkers?
I realise this law prevents farmers feeding poultry left over rubbish, but what's the harm in us giving our pets good healthy nutritious food for variety? - After all they are meat eaters!
Although thinking about it I suppose if people sell their eggs, where would you draw the line?

I think Defra have a responsibilty to protect public health and lay down strict guidelines in a nation of huge food processing factories and farms.

Personally I'll go with my own common sense in my own back garden.  I love the sound of her pecking the last bits of tuna out of the tin!
