Val's Homade Pectin Stock?

Hi

I was wondering what the shelf life of Val's homemade pectin (apple) would be after steralising in a hot water bath?
Any help much appreciated.

Properly bottled and stored in a cool, dark place, a year is a reasonable storage life.
