i love tesco red onion relish ,and as my onions i pkanted in november 08, are now ready  i want to make my own red onion relish ,,any scummy repices for this pls??

Have you looked at the BBC Food site?  It's the sort of relish they might make during Saturday Kitchen or Ready Steady Cook
