PLANNING PERMISSION

we need to have permission for any "structure" on our plots, have to write to the Town Council (not the local) stating size of said structure,
sheds can be no bigger than 6x4
green house  no bigger than 6X4
there is normallly no problems with permission but they then charge you and extra £2.50  each per year..
hence the reason you need permission so they know to charge you more..
