She may have had a fall or a bump.. I would say just check for obvious injuries and just keep a check on her over the next few days!!!

Are you sure she is still laying regularly?
 
Also had she had an egg break either inside her or on it's way out recently?  Yes the vets asap.

Does her underside feel squishy and full of fluid? Yes then vets asap.

Could she be egg bound, in which case place her in a sink half full of warm water for 30 - 40 mins. This will relax her muscles and if there is an egg stuck it can help ease it out. Afterwards towel dry her and then dry her fully using a hairdryer on a warm (not hot) setting. Do not put her back outside until she is fully dry.
