Can anyone tell me where to buy a new air filter for my Merry Tiller Major please

sorry for the delay, ive been on holiday. a new air filter should be easy to source from your nearest lawnmower/garden machinery specialist. you should have fitted to the rotovator a BRIGGS AND STRATTON engine. if you have a good look at the engine cowling (the bit that the recoil rope is fitted onto ) you should find the model type and code numbers that you will need to get a new one. the air filter is made of a type pf foam, which you should saturate with clean engine oil, and then sqeeze out as much of the oil as you can before fitting it. the reason is so that the oil helps to trap dirt particles before they enter the engine and cause damage. if you dont have any luck getting one locall, get in touch and i will see what i can do.
