Off I go this morning to see the musculoskeletal guy about my carpal tunnel and golfers elbow. Oh says he, You will have to have a little local op, to have the tunnel cut. I fully expected that.
What I didn't expect was another needle coming at me. Steroid Injection into elbow.
That's it - no more for a while please
After that (the clinic is at the sea front) so I went for a long walk on the prom. The tide was very high, but so
churned up with sand and really racing. Mind you the windsurfers were all there and enjoying it
then off to Sainsbury, a different one to normal, it took me an hour and a half.
Completely different layout.
Glad to be home now with 2 paracetamol and a cuppa.
