after the first frosty morning may I be the first to say that good old standby  "WINTER DRAWERS ON"!

First hard frost here this morning, very pretty - but it's blooming cold

I put the rest of my potatoes that where in bags in the potato box and covered the  potato box with sacks and its darn cold here today today glad I did that so they got you at last Tony was it that man in the whit van or that candid camera I hope you gave a smile when they took your picture or waved at the man in the white van but look on the bright side  your not the only one to get a speeding ticket and now that's going to make you more aware of the speed limits that we all tend to forget

If my memory serves me write is it still 70MPH on motorways these days Tony so was her indoors driving the Jag or the Bentley that day

Just watch it around here, as we're out on the village Speedwatch for several days...

We clock 35mph in a 30, and 46mph in a 40, as the danger is rife on several nasty roads! A year ago, some silly kid doing 50+ in a 30mph spotted the team far too late, slammed on his brakes, and nearly killed them all! His mummy arrived to take him home and they paid cash for the smashed-up fence to avoid his insurance going through the roof! His little souped-up car looked pretty dismal too!

Hopefully, he'll have learned his lesson!
