I have a recipe for quince, apple and rosemary jelly if you want it. I never have enough quinces and it sells as fast as I can make it, along with piccalilli. Will have to post it later tho' as I am finally tired enough to go to bed. :D

And Bob, I as soon as I have got this weekend over I am packing my bags and coming up to you...... loads of blackcurrants and goosies, you lucky man.

if you have no room in the freezer you could try bottling, and making cassis with the blackcurrants.

ANd you can't have too much blackcurrant jam or too many blackcurrants. :D
