In case you haven't tried the recipe, the chops work very well and, if I remember rightly, the recipe is a cinch to cook.

Thanks also for your easy preserves book. Just got that along with John's month-by-month allotment book from Amazon. Plenty of stuff in your book to keep us going. I have a hankering for lemon curd. Haven't had that for years and looks dead easy to make.
