Are charlotte any good for mashing, and what else, chips etc..   My first earlies were arron pilot and they were no good for mashing but made great roasties :wink:

I can vouch for that.. Flowery that is.. The problem is if you leave em in the ground, you get some very big one's that go flowery, you get some not so big ones with slug bites, and some nice small ones....

Take em out I say. Then plant something else. :wink:

I think everyone suffers with the 'Munty keyboard syndrome' from time to time and I think  (or like to think) it's because we are so anxious for our reply to be read.  I'm sure that a certain imbibed substance has no effect. :oops:
