Just found this and thought I would share.

I've been watching the new series Madhur Jaffrey's Curry Nation on Good Food, but the BBC have just loaded some of her old series.  Flavours of India, but also Far Eastern Cookery in the links.

Yeeeeeeeeessssssss, I somehow seem to have spent a fair part of my day off re-watching Far Eastern Cookery   

Very relaxing though and now don't know whether to cook Korean, Thai or Malaysian first
