worms and eggs
« on: October 14, 2011, 09:49 »
Hi, can anyone tell me if it's safe to contiue eating the eggs if you suspect your chickens have worms? I am starting to worm my girls today but want to know if we can eat the eggs produced by them over the past few days.Thank you.

I eat the eggs. You don't always know whether they have worms.

Yes, eat the eggs.  Perfectly safe.  What are you using to worm the birds?  I understand Flubenvet has no egg with-holding period but most other worming products do.
