Have finally been out and spent the in-laws birthday money, and here is what I bought myself.  What do you think?

We have named him Colin. Kids wanted Reggie after the cockerel on "Racing Stripe" but the OH and I think Colin is more apt.

Hi Foxy, I don't think he is a bantam as he is rather a large fella. My OH liked the breed after seeing your "bigfoot" on here.  I did abit of reverse psychology and blamed getting Colin on OH liking "bigfoot". It worked a treat

i daren't get him any Faverolle girlies yet as OH did his nut after I told him I was getting 10 (we ended up with 8) ex-batts this weekend. This takes our total to 21 incl Colin.

Haven't told him a friend has offered me 2 silkies when her eggs hatch....ssshhhhh he's close by  :D  :D  :D  :D

He's a beautiful boy that's for sure. I hope he mixes as well with your girls as my Monty does with his new friends. He's a real gentleman, always lets the girls have their food first, and is always kissing his new girlfriend Molly. He just lightly touches her beak with his. Its quite moving to see.

Colin is a handsome beast, hope your new silkies will love him!

Love Normany Mary's description of her Colin "kissing" his girls...I shall start to watch Buster closely! Actually Buster looks a little like Colin.
