Your best bet will probably be a large garden centre like wyvale or online suppliers like T&M.

I think Fothergills are selling Carlingfords and some other spuds, delivery from August

If by reasonable you mean the same price as spring planted ones - you won't!

You'll only get them via post from the merchants as mentioned before. It's not so much the postage that puts the price up, but the cost of the specialised treatment these spuds undergo.
Mash & roast for me at Christmas is fine!
