Title: Pea Pod Wine

Does anyone know how long we need to wait until this is ready to drink (after fermentation has stoppped?) Our neighbour mentioned it wouldn't be ready until the following year when the next peas are on the plant, although none of the recipes we've looked at mention this. RockChick x
