Two cockerels or just the one?

I have these young RHRs i hatched in september and i didd think i kept two cockerels to breed with my hens next year but although im sure one is male , im now unsure of the other one.
I thought id post it on here to get people to see what they think.
I think its a hen but im not 100 % They are sibblings
