last years potatoes

grew some albert rooster spuds last year but like alot of people my spuds didnt amount to much so i have quite a lot of small ones in a bag which have started to shoot, i was thinking of using these instead of buying seed pots. do you think they will be ok and produce a nice crop weather permiting this year.
