very nice lables , that will be a job for hubby.
at the moment i am trying to convert the greeks to chutney and such things of that nature .
i pickled some cuecumber the other week and it was good but lady at the bottom of the garden wouldnt try it cos it was yellow and had mustard seeds in it , you should see some of the stuff we get handed to try.

Oh lucky you,  we have been to a lot of places all over the islands and mainland but  Kefalonia is our fave place .  Where abouts are you?

What mint did you use for the mint sauce?  i've got some Indian mint growing just woudered if that would work.

Must say looks like a very busy day for you. I agree that it's very satisfying to see loads of homemade stuff in jars . Jam is our speciality as well as wine
