Chicken pecking eggs?

Hello,

Iv just found a second broken egg, but just layed (As was warm)


Any ideas how to make them stop?

Do they have access to oyster shell as they might be in need of calcium. Do they have access to greenery as this helps them to absorb calcium.
Is the broken egg shell normal thickness or thin shelled as this can lead them to eat it.
You could place some toy eggs in there so if they peck and it doesn't break they'll get bored. Check and remove eggs more often.
