What type of Feed can I give them as I've just put them in the ground not long ago

I've just planted six in a large tub.  I mixed in a handful or two of chicken manure pellets.  They're not dead yet.

As you've just transplanted them, I'd probably suggest a balanced fertiliser to encourage root growth as well as leaves / flowers.  So that would be growmore, or fish blood and bone.
