I had three of these last year and none of them lasted more than 6 months.  I have two 6 x 10ft polytunnels, one has had to have a new cover.  I wouldn't do without them as I am on a budget.  See my blog for how I have it set out.

Good for you. You'll inevitably find that a bit small but consider a couple of cold frames - they're cheap and easy to make and a really handy addition to a greenhouse.
Self-sufficient in rasberries and bindweed. Slug pellets can be handy.

If anyone else is looking for a windproof greenhouse (glass ones on our allotments tend to blow to bits) I can recommend the original Norfollk greenhouses - the 'Standard" type with the flexible PVC cover that you can dig into the ground to anchor it.  No zips, a galvanised steel frame with proper sliding door.

The cover comes in rolls that you put over the frame, cut to fit and tape together with (supplied) very strong waterproof clear tape.  I had a 6' X 12' one in my garden in Scotland and it's warmer than glass in cold weather.  The original cover lasted 7 years. You do get condensation but it runs down easily and keeps the soil from completely drying out.

Mine had vents which I don't think they do now, but a handy-person could create a hinged window opening, possibly wooden, before covering the frame, and even fit an automatic opener. I upgraded mine to the semi-rigid cover which is longer lasting but for a windy site I'd always choose the flexible one.

Mine eventually began to crack a bit on the sunny side, but all the cover off the shady side and the ends was still good and I used it to cover frames and cloches for years afterwards. They are by far the sturdiest longest lasting and safest of the cheap options. Just remember to position it with the door away from the prevailing wind.

I've added some paragrsaph breaks so it's easier to read.

I have one and the fleece cover rotted after a year, was not UV resistant, was cheap though.
I have found a relacement cover supplier and got a new fleece cover. The plastic one does get hot, have to remember to open it when its very sunny.
I have a paving slab on the bottom of mine, keeps the frame rock solid, use small cable ties on the cover. No problems on a windy days.
