planted 16/11 /2018 Went to the allotment today but no signs of growth

planted sets in black pots last month there in the greenhouse and are growing quite well but that mite alter should we get colder weather back

They should be making good root growth, rather than top growth, at this time of year. As long as they are firmly rooting themselves they will be ok.

Planted my red onions 'electric' in Sept and it took a good 4-6 weeks before any top growth appeared, a lot slower than the garlic and shallot shoots. It's roots then shoots with these babies. Don't worry, they will come!
