an update at last lol

well its raining and ive got * all else to do lol

see if i can get the order right here . . . . . . . .

second window got done and all finished . . . . . . . .

then i made a start on the outside to sand it off before the wood preserve goes on, me bosch sander and some 80 grit aluminium oxide paper made short work of it . . . . . just a shame i couldn't get the first coat on cos its absolutely P***ing it down here lol

looks like new wood though after a good blast with the sander and its now all prep'd and ready for a sunny day . . . . . . so dont hold your breath lol . . . . .

so there's me update !

Cor! S'better than watching Ground Force this! Cracking effort mate, just wish mroe people'd make use of what was already there rather than buyin' new stuff.

thank you  :D

done a bit more over this last weekend and today (wednesday)

used some old saved kitchen work tops for making some big work benches, put some shelves up out of conti board i'd saved and finally got round to putting some locks on ! seeing as the ride on mower and rotivator are gonna be kept in there i figured i might as well make it as difficult as i can for any thieving bast*** to ever contemplate having a go, still undecided whether to put a third hasp and staple on lol :D

not sure why the first two pics were still on my camera but it gives a bit of before and after theme to this post anyway lol

before then . . . . . .

and after . . . . . . .

then i put some heavy duty hasp and staples on, 175mm x 12 mm coach bolts through the center going through 2.5 inches of wood . . . . if that dont slow em down if they have a go i dont know what will . . . . . . .

i do have some more hasp and staples and another spare lock and have been thinking about putting it at the top of the door, not sure if this may really be necessary and the trouble is if you arm it up too much it just looks like there may be summat in there worth nicking which may invite someone to have a go . . . . . . so i'm undecided whether to put it on now . . . .    :?
