A really sad day, but he had a good life.
I suspect there will be a quiet family funeral at Windsor, without lots of visiting dignitaries or London military marches etc.
Perhaps a memorial service later in the year, if the Covid situation allows.

Heard a quote today (not entirely original) that 'they just don't make 'em like Prince Philip anymore.'

Opinions on whether that's a good or bad thing will no doubt differ given it's 2021, but it would surely be heartless not to feel sympathy for the Queen's personal loss if nothing else. 

Overall; sad day, with much food for thought/reflection...

Like him or loathe him, it's a personal loss for the Queen and his family and we should all take a moment to reflect on the loss of a loved one. Personally I liked him, yes he made one or two gaffs.. but don't we all!
