Hibiscus cordial
« on: September 18, 2014, 12:38 »
Just found the recipe for this online - like pigguns, I've been to Wahaca and loved the taste of it. Sharp like cranberry juice, but lovely and floral too.

I ordered some dried flowers (my Mum wouldn't let me cull her tree for fresh flowers) and made it last night, and it is fab.

I should try it. It seems like a great exotic recipe for refreshing drink. I see it also for sale online but I guess the home-made stuff is way better. :)
