I urgently need a vee belt for this machine, which is old but still in good running order.

The handbook identifies this belt as 112.040, which  is a Norlett part number. It is not a

size reference number which can be recognised by a UK belt supplier.

Can anyone identify this belt and recommend a supplier?

My supplier of spare parts in Wolverhampton has ceased to trade.

They seem to have a good range of belts for older machines. if your old belt is still in one piece, you may well end up sending it to them so it can be measured. Is there no other machinery dealer in your area at all?

I seem to recall that  by the addition of a couple or three more numbers at the start they became part of the Flymo number range.??..

We have locally a tractor/garden machinery agent of old  www.rhcrawford.com  who have been Flymo and fellow company parts distrubuters for many years and from whom we used draw Norlett parts. Being long established they have I suspect annotated their many parts books over the years with update numbers...and possibly belt sizes.??..might be worth a phone call?.
