Same here, we have been planning all week to finish off repairing the fence panels that got taken out in the snow.  I've been sat in the greenhouse  painting them and the trellis to go on the top each day.  Mind you with us both having the lergy I don't think we would actually have done very much.  We're both on antibiotics for a chest infection and it's as much as we can do to get up to the end of the garden let alone do anything!

Was pouring with rain when I went to bed, and still at it when I got up this morning - well over an inch and currently just 3.4C with a 'feels-like' of -2.5C.

I feel sorry for working people and families who were looking forward to their Easter break and hoping to get out and about in a bit of warm sunshine.

It's a bitter wind which makes it feel a lot colder than the mercury's 6ºC - double that in the polytunnel but not really comfortable even with a jacket and hat when you've got a cold.

I am at Mums in Yorkshire Dales. I think the best work to describe it would be raw. Wet and cold that penetrates and drains your energy. Please, bring Spring soon.

According to the forecast, tomorrow is supposed to be the best day of the weekend with bad weather again on Monday (snow has even been mentioned).  I really want to get on and the garden is looking such a mess that it is beginning to get me down.

Yesterday was beautiful warm and sunny but it is chucking down rain dull and cloudy today. I am away for Easter  and had hoped to go site seeing today instead I am on here😆😆
