Morning, I bottled the raspberry syrup wine last night, really worth doing, cleared well and the raspberry flavour is a bit too moreish.
I definitely will do it again 8)

Did you do this the same way as ribena wine? Did you boil off the preservative?

No need, just one bottle of syrup and one litre of red grape juice and then the same as W,O.W', I used 1lb 3oz of sugar to bring it up to 1.090, it finished at 0.988, the fruity taste more than makes up for it been so dry.
P.S. I used Youngs wine Yeast.
