my poor pud

on sunday i thought i would make a pud , being on a diet we have been skipping the puds ,ive made this one before and its a bit long winded basically its aa posh egg custard with apples and brandy .
on sunday it was very hot and i wasent feeling on top form ended up sprinkling me pud with salt instesd of sugar, i was gutted i even tryed to cut the top off with an eleceteric bread knife but no it ended up in the dog , she loved it and thought all her birthdays had come together .

Oh dear, lucky dog.

As for the heat, would you rather have that or the cold grey days we are having lately?

Do you want to swap places for a couple of weeks? I don't mind....really! We have a couple of dogs to keep you company, and we don't mind looking after yours.....

Ah well, a person can dream. I'll be over next spring, that'll have to do.

Off to find another winter fleece.........

be carefull what you wish for i say , spring here can be very wet, but in the summer sometimes i do find myself wishing for a litle rain , not the heavy stuff just enough to wet the garden .

ive learned my lesson , never do ovennpuds when its 40 degs outside and when your not 100%
