Beetroot is coming thick and fast now. We eat as much as we can fresh and I usually pickle the rest. I have noticed that shop bought beetroot has a mix of vinegar and water which I find I prefer to just vinegar.
Does anyone have a recipe using vinegar and water mix please? I'm struggling to find one. Thanks!
