These are two plum toms and they looks really healthy leaf-wise and I've also pinched out the excess growth between the stems, but the flowering stems are growing at the back of the plants. What should I do?

Nothing - other than pick them carefully, once they are ripe

I agree with Mum - only be careful not to knock unripe ones off when you start picking. I'm afraid I get greedy and let my Toms grow to 6 or 7 trusses before I take out the growing point, which makes for a lot of leaf growth (despite removing lower leaves) so I sometimes have to walk round the outside of the greenhouse to see the ripe fruit. I wouldn't mind but I always grow too many.

My rather healthy-looking semi-determinate San Marzano 3 toms have branched out all over the place and there's a lot of leaf that's covering the fruiting flowers. What is your advice?

Stick in some more canes around the outside, tied around with twine, to stop them sprawling too much.
I'd also remove a few leaves, where necessary, to give pollinators access to the flowers

Thanks Aidy (smartie pants) and MOS, the stems are really firm but I've just got too many! I'll trim some leaves off and apply some tom feed because it could be due to some new top soil I put on the beds that may have more nitrogen than I realised. I have a climbing French bean and three yellow dwarf ones in the same area and they're not as prolific as usual.
