My apple blossom geranium has just one shoot which is 50% snapped off due to strong winds. Can I just cut it clean off and try and turn it into a cutting? The rest of the plant is dead from frost bite. Just worrying it might be the wrong time of year for cuttings. Thank you.

What have you got to lose? I would certainly treat it as a cutting.

Thanks I’ll just go ahead and do it. Worse case it doesn’t take and I’ll go out and buy another one.
