Plenty possibilities are returned from a google search, eBay, online mower and power tool vendors..... Do you have a local place which mends machines? They'd get one for you if they didn't have it in stock.

Are you sure it's a briggs and stratton machine or have they just made the engine?
If you want the correct cable, you're going to need much more information.

It is possable to buy a universal throttle cable and cut it down to size.
