One of my chickens has very dirty feathers under her vent so they are a bit sticky and stuck together. Can I just wash with warm water?

you can wash her with warm water and a very mild shampoo - such as bay shampoo, then dry her with a towel and finish with a warm blow dry before putting her back out side
