 Can anyone tell me why the leaves are turning a bit yellow is there anything I can give them for this

It's getting plenty of water and it is in a cool position on my balcony what shall I feed it with

It's probably losing its leaves because it thinks it's Autumn.  Gooseberries with were early this year and the weather is somewhat autumnal.  I wouldn't worry, hard to kill a gooseberry bush, even in a pot.  Just water it.
