Gage Tree
« on: May 01, 2014, 19:35 »
I gave up one of my two plots last year and i had planted a gage tree on it. Probably about 6 or 7 years old.

ive been up today and found the new tenants have pruned it reducing it by at least a third if not half, anyone reckon that it will be ok....

I know its no longer my plot or tree but its still v.annoying

No idea on the tree but I think you need to stop looking, meant in the nicest way.  :D

I always said when they sold my nan and grandads house after they died, I would never go back and I havent because in my head its still my Nan and Grandads house.

The new tenant has the right to take the tree out if they so wish. best concerntrate on your plot and look forward rather than back  ;) Hope you take that in the way it was intended. The old tenant may not like my plot but I couldnt love it more.

Its hard not to look when its only a pallet fence between the two plots....neh mind. Just frustrating when I was undecided whether to move it.

good job we planted another at home :-)

One of our lovely old boys died last year. The new tenants have radically chopped back the fig tree that was his pride and joy.

BQ's right, but it's not easy to see or get used to.
