We had Venison sausages for lunch with roasted pink fir apples and kale from the lotty, very nice indeed.

Caved in - Ordered a stuffer and casings today.   :nowink:  There's a plastic hand mincer somewhere at mothers, I'll steal that until I break it.

We had Venison sausages for lunch ...

Look what I've made  :D 8 x 5" long sawhedges  :tongue2:

They're in 28mm collagen casings, recipe from the web,  they look almost like proper ones  :ohmy:

I've just done a dozen tomato ones too.  :tongue2:   I fried up the leftover mix which was stuck in the stuffer and it wasn't bad at all.

Im waiting to see what the OP buys and how it compares (this was a cheap - £20 all in stuffer).
