We have 6 hens, three are about 3 yrs old and no longer lay. In May I added 3 Columbian black tails all point of lay, initally after a pecking order sort out the new girls started to lay.
Now only one of the new girls lays and it has been some time since we have had more than 2 eggs a day. They have a large run and plenty of space to peck around.
Any suggestions as to what I can do. They have layer pellets clean water and are kept clean.
Any Ideas  as to why they are not laying. Its been about 4 months since we had plenty of eggs

I think you will probably have to wait for spring. Bird's laying is dictated by daylight hours and although many, particularly POL hybrids will lay through their first winter, most don't. They should all get back to it when it starts getting lighter.

Its worth going through the routine things: -

Worm them with Flubenvet.
Treat them for lice just in case.
Check for red mite in the coop.

Maybe change to another layer pellet supplier, other than that be patient and wait until spring
