loads of cucumbers!!!

we have a glut of cucumbers and have given loads away, not sure what to do with the rest of them, just had a look in the recipe section, has anyone tried the hot cucumber soup?

not tried the soup, but have made Val's apple and cucumber chutney, it's lovely.

they're brilliant juiced up with apples and mint and lime juice, if you have a juicer :-)
