Our dogs got into the hens garden
« on: December 02, 2014, 21:27 »
We take our neighbour for breaksfast on Sundays and when we got back his sisters had arrived, luckily-  we had not shut the gate properly and all the dogs (7 of them) were chasing the hens about- Charlie the Lab had Colin, our handsome cockerel in his mouth and refused to let go!  Eventually he did-  poor Colin is now a cockerel without tail feathers- he hid away all morning- but is fine now.  Juans sisters rescued the hens and the dogs got a good telling off.
I wonder how long it will take for Colin to be back to his handsome self?
