Title: I am a chutney god
Post by: noshed on October 08, 2009, 22:50
It was green tomato tonight. It took 3 hours to cook and now our flat smells interesting. I must clear some more shelf space. I still haven't done the pickled onions yet. This lot better taste good by Christmas.
Thanks for the book Val!

... and modest with it

My house reeks of vinegar for days after chutney so I can understand that!

Well done on the chutney and I'm sure it wouldn't dare taste anything but good if it's Val's recipe!

It's a kind of generic term. How's the ankle - was it a cat tripping injury?

Crikey - hope it heals up soon. I gave up handbags for their dangerousness. I mostly rely on pockets now.
