its raining steadily here too!  I was away yesterday but got a message from Mr goose that 2 of my outside tom plants in pots had blown over!   he rescued them and hopefully no long term damage.  i have just been out to reinforce them as it is forecasted to be windy today too.

im sure the blackbirds will be running around later trying to find worms as all they have had reently is a blunt beak!

It's been raining for about an hour here, the very fine kind that soaks you, but nothing registering on the rain gauges, yet. Wind gusting at 35mph as well!

We have rain and wind,been raining most of the night,it was battering the windows and keeping me awake,but still we need all the rain we can get,not as windy as yesterday.
I hope the sweetcorn has not blown down,it would be a big shame if i lost it now there are nice cobs growing.

The weather has gone all Welsh again.
Thought i was going to have to run naked from the shower i was having in order to keep the hail from beating up my competition onions.

Very blustery here again & lovely to & lots of lovely rain, from heavy showers to a constant drizzle to constant heavy rain. Made picking at the plot a damp affair

It's teeming down today with a blustery wind that's blowing stuff all over the place.

It has been steadily raining here all day as well.  Have developed a leak in our bedroom in the bay window! Bucket underneath now to catch drip.   We had the lead redone about fifteen years ago and wonder whether in all the heat it has cracked and split again. Fortunately we know a couple of roofers who can get up there and have a look.

Lots of lovely rain all day, didn't mind getting wet picking tonight's dinner.

The soil is really responding too, an experimental prod with the hoe broke the surface a treat, lovely and crumbly already!

Now it’s started raining I think it’s forgotten how to stop! Lol still going strong this morning,but without the blustery wind. I’m sure the gardens are loving it

It actually feels chilly but it's near 20º so I think that's me after the hot weather. Seems strange to have a long sleeved shirt on again.
We've had enough rain that the grass is greening up and growing again but that means the mower will be back in use. At least that was one job that didn't need to be done when it was scorchio.

We had another good shower early this morning, so everything looks happy again WE have what I call a Spring sky - bright blue with clouds whizzing through. Needed a cardi on first thing though

Not wall to wall sunshine today, which at 26.3C and 58% humidity right now is probably just as well.

Sun still strong - one of the intriguing (to me ) dials displayed by my local weather station shows the sun's power in watts per square metre - 1080w/m² earlier - if only you could store it up for winter!

Headache weather again  26c ish but feels more. There was a bit of a breeze earlier but now that's gone it's rather unpleasant.

A bit cloudy first thing but hot,hot, hot later on & particularly when I was dancing in the park with my granddaughter lol
