I have a greenhouse and outdoor pots, what can i Sow/buy now for overwintering for early crops next year?

Broad beans, some prople sow early peas but they do rot off easily, so I don't think they are worth it.
Winter lettuce, it depends on the weather, whether you get to eat them in a mild spell during winter or in the spring when there is more light and warmth
