 :Dg,day all merry Christmas and all the very best for the new year,brewed some stout in may this year just on my last few stubby,s its lovely yummy,littel dash of lemonade.nice.my apple cider was good but not to keen on it.got afew bottles left of draught and some lager.just bottled another brew of draught,then started with anew brew draught,? is it best to leave in fermenter for 2 weeks or 5 to 7 days with hydrom check.before bottling.my stout was yummy so of to town in the morning to get another one,its alot cheaper making your own,from $40 to $60 for a slab of 375ml stubby,s.av agreat day everybody,and enjoy your brew with in moderation,myself i usually av 3 to 4 stubby,s at a time.takecare and be happy.kenny.
