after growing sweetcorn very successfully for the last 2 years,
it looks this year is going to be a disaster, first lot eaten by something.
new lot not growing very well, some looking like there dying.
not very happy. at the moment waste of a growing area.

Life never predictable, is it?!  I'm hoping for my first bean crop in 2 years - wretched slugs  :mad:
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

Our local GS still has sweetcorn plants sale.  You might't be too late to put them out yet.  Worth a wiggle if you're going to leave the ground fallow otherwise
